This trophy is the ultimate accolade for all
Kleeneze distributors and Rob is no exception,
at 35 he is also the youngest person to have
received this honour. Rob's route to success
began eight years ago when he set up his own
business distributing Kleeneze household products
and since then, with the help of the company,
had steadily built a successful business which
turns over £8 million a year. But Rob's
life is by no means all work.
During his career with Kleeneze he has qualified
for overseas conferences in far-flung destinations
including Bali, Thailand, Florida Keys, Monte
Carlo, Australia, Madeira and the Caribbean.
Rob's first job was as a shipyard blacksmith
in Sunderland. It was hard, dirty and physically
tough work, and during the long shifts of relentless,
backbreaking labour, Rob used to plan his escape
from the shipyards and the life of grime. The
day he left the shipyards, he vowed never to
be dirty again!
Rob's escape route from the shipyards featured
a career utilising his natural interpersonal
skills. Rob invested time and effort in re-training,
and secured a sales job at McCain's. This was
a success, but Rob's ambitions were not satisfied,
and he was looking for something else in which
to invest his energy. It was purely by chance
that Rob stumbled upon the Kleeneze opportunity.
A friend introduced it as a way to boost his
monthly wages and, keen to make the most of
his sales experience, Rob signed up as a distributor,
whilst sticking to his day job. After reading
up on network marketing and learning from experiences
of other Kleeneze distributors, Rob realised
that there was a significant untapped opportunity
for him within the Kleeneze business.
Within one month, working only on a spare time
basis, Rob achieved Gold Distributor status
and was earning more through his spare time
job with Kleeneze than from his job at McCain's.
Despite the scepticism of friends and family,
Rob left his secure sales job to work on the
Kleeneze
business full time.
Rob now earns more than £200,000 a year
and his team has an annual turnover of £8
million. He firmly believes that the key to
success is discipline, motivation and patience
and is keen to point out that Kleeneze is not
a "get rich quick" scheme.
It takes hard work and commitment, but the rewards
are there for anyone who wants them badly enough.
The Kleeneze business opportunity can work just
as well for people with no previous sales experience.
Each self-employed distributor issues Kleeneze
catalogues and then returns to collect the catalogues
and orders and distribute the goods.
Additionally, distributors can sponsor others
to join the business and earn royalty bonuses
based on each team's collective sales turnover.
In short, through teamwork and joint effort,
each team member benefits from their own efforts
and those of others.
Rob says: There is no magic to Kleeneze, however
I strongly believe that anybody can achieve
what I have, as long as they are prepared to
work hard and put the hours in. The opportunity
is there if people want it and there is always
plenty of support for everyone who signs up.
The success that Rob has achieved means that
he has been able to pay for his mother's house
and buy the cars of his dreams. He no longer
has to worry about money or debt and can afford
to treat his family to luxury holidays. Above
all, Rob never has to get his hands dirty again,
the very thing that prompted him to join Kleeneze
in the first place, and, he has the freedom
to use his time as his own - a true luxury.
