works a 40-hour week, employs a team of 900
agents and has a monthly turnover of more than
£350,000.
The
agents work for him on commission of 21-26%,
but he gets an extra 4-5% from the company for
boosting the volume of sales.
Chris,
from Bristol, takes a percentage of the total
take, with the balance going to the firm. This
system has given a big boost to Kleeneze's sales
throughout Britain.

than 1,000 successful distributors and agents
attended a weekend jamboree in Droitwich near
Worcester to celebrate their success.
Kleeneze
- once best known for its brushes - now products
the prestigious innovations catalogue.
It
will go further upmarketing in the Autumn by
launching beauty aids.
Boss
Nigel Swabey, 37, said: "Two thousand people
a month are joining us and sales are mushrooming."
Profits
in the full year will only be about £2m,
but the prospects are good.
The
shares yesterday stood at 205p.
