I joined Kleeneze out of desperation: I had been involved in a previous
network marketing company, and rather than make extra money for my
family, I wound up over £6000 in debt with no way to pay it off.
Despite my qualifications (I speak three languages), no-one would hire
me because I wanted to work school hours so that I could be there for
my two young children (6 and 8 years old).
My friend Chris was making a solid £300 per month from Kleeneze
just putting out catalogues, and as I trusted him, I signed up –
even though the last thing I wanted was another network marketing
experience!
The first day that I went out delivering catalogues I thought I had
lost my mind, I felt I had been ‘reduced’ to menial
labour(!), so I involved the children and even the dog (as you can see
in the picture)...but my attitude changed when a) I made £250
after my first 4 weeks b) I discovered that it can actually be quite
fun, especially the deliveries and c) I realised that I can actually
build an international business through helping other people like
myself who are desperately in need of extra money.
The great thing about Kleeneze is that I can include my children as
much or as little as I want to – my son loves putting the
catalogues through doors and my daughter likes doing the deliveries and
counting the change, and I am teaching them a lot of things about
business along the way.
They get spoilt by my customers…they’ve been given
‘tips’, chocolate, an art set…and they are growing
up knowing that no matter what they decide to do later on, they always
have the option of working for themselves and designing their own
future, and their mother will always be there for every school play,
every field trip, whenever they need her, thanks to her business.
My first cheque was £250, and after six months – still part
time doing 10 hours a week – my income jumped to this:
