When
we joined the business separately a few years
ago we were both single parents, struggling
to make ends meet and dissatisfied with our
lot in life.
Cathy was a midwife having to work impossible
shifts including nights around her children,
which proved very difficult.
Steve
was a schoolteacher working long hours for a
low salary with lots of stress, deadlines, and
targets and couldn’t spend the time with
his two girls that he needed to. Money was a
problem for both of us and we were looking for
a way out of the rat race! We found the few
hours a week we needed to get the ball rolling
and was it worth it?
We
have now joined together in Kleeneze
and our business is flying, we have a fantastic
team, which turned over almost 2 million pounds
in 2006. We have both been able to leave our
jobs (in our 40’s) and enjoy a great life
working together. This year we are moving into
a beautiful new 6 bedroom detached house, our
4 girls are happy as we have time to spend with
them and we can afford things we never could
before like good holidays, private school and
university finance.
Also
this year we are aiming high to win a free car
each from Kleeneze as others have done before.
Where else could you achieve all this working
from home?
